SDPL Week 8 Recap: Cuervos FC San Diego Claims The Title

SAN DIEGO, CA (December 28, 2024) -The San Diego Premier League has a new champion.

Cuervos FC San Diego has dethroned Chula Vista FC, the SWPL champs, with a 5-1 victory on Saturday, Dec. 21 at Victory Christian Academy in Chula Vista to capture the SDPL 2024 Fall Season title.

Gael Ruiz scored three goals in the win for Cuervos FC San Diego (7-1-0 overall), which also has adanced into the knockout rounds of the 2024-'25 Raul Briones Cup.
